Crown hydration
can damage your golf course as Mother Nature is not forgiving during
the winter months. Due to this crown hydration is always a major concern
for golf course owners. Most of our greens cover products get put
down around the Thanksgiving Holiday, after the cold weather usually
settles in. Usually afterwards there is a warm up followed by rain
and sub zero temperatures thus causing crown hydration. Many golf
courses usually report a large sum of ice and snow on the greens and
fairways. However, those that had used our turf covers were glad they
did and those who did not use our covers wished they had used them.
