Dover, New Hampshire Trial test green

Spring of 2007 -This was a Winter Trial test green that was covered with a GreenJacket® and a combination of items. Overseeing the trial was Dr. J Roberts of U of NH cooperating with the U of Mass and the Winter Injury Initiative Group (see research page). Half the green was covered with GreenJacket® Insulation Foam and the other was treated with a passive air vent system. It was covered Novemebr 30th and all edges were trenched into the ground. It remained covered until the third week of April. During this winter the temperatures set a record for being the warmest recorded from December through mid January. January 15th they received the first measureable snow fall which remained until melting in Mid March.
